TradePort Teams with UPS to Support The United Way

Somersworth, NH — TradePort recently donated a 43" Samsung plasma television to the UPS and United Way Golf Classic benefiting United Way agencies in New Hampshire.

Based in Somersworth, TradePort provides asset recovery, third-party logistics, and reverse logistics for consumer electronics. TradePort teams with UPS to ships thousands of products all over the United States every day.

"By donating a high value plasma television to the UPS and United Way Golf Classic, TradePort can offer its support to raising awareness for the United Way's important work in our community," said David Lahme, President of TradePort.

The event was held at the Golf Club of New England to promote the United Way's commitment to help children succeed, strengthen and support families, promote self-sufficiency, and build vital and safe neighborhoods. Each year the local UPS management team organizes an end-of-event raffle to thank all the participants. This year TradePort contributed towards the raffle. The 43" Samsung plasma went to a very excited and lucky winner, with all proceeds benefiting United Way agencies in New Hampshire.
