05/31/2012

Somersworth, NH — TradePort recently donated a 42" Panasonic plasma television to Spirit Up Somersworth. The Somersworth Youth Connection and Somersworth High School's Interact Club hosted their fifth annual city wide clean-up event, attracting over 200 community volunteers, organizations, and families.

"By donating to Spirit Up Somersworth TradePort helped raise awareness the improving the local community," said Sam Biddle, Vice President of TradePort.

To encourage new participants, the Somersworth Youth Connection and Somersworth High School's Interact Club organized an end-of-event raffle to thank all volunteers. This year TradePort contributed towards the raffle. TradePort's 42" Panasonic plasma television was won by a very excited, well deserving family, whom helped clean-up multiple areas in the city of Somersworth.
